So Apero

So aperitif! is a craft company created in 2012 in Sciez in Haute Savoie, not far from the Swiss border.
Production is historically located in Escoutoux, near the capital of cutlery, Thiers in Puy de Dôme.
It is with the strength of these two cultures, Savoyard and Auvergne, that we have updated and developed the Guillotine à saucisson.
These characteristics that you will be able to appreciate for many years are directly inherited from the terroirs that saw it born: robustness, tradition, simplicity.
Since September 2018, the company SO APERO! is located in the town of Escoutoux, in the Puy de Dôme.
